Is my phone able to support and receive Nautica Alerts?

Almost all cell phones allow you to send and receive text messages. If you'd like to confirm that your phone is text-enabled, please contact your cell phone carrier.

If I change carriers, but keep the same phone number, will I need to sign up again?

No. Once you sign up for Nautica Alerts, you will stay in the program until you decide to unsubscribe.

Is there a charge for Nautica Alerts?

Nautica Alerts is a free program from Nautica, but message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Please review your cell phone data plan for applicable text messaging rates.

How many Nautica Alerts will I receive?

You can expect to receive up to 6 text alerts per month.
