State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Hawaii, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, and Puerto Rico.

We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of Online Gift Certificates. However, items purchased with Online Gift Certificates will be taxed if shipped to the states mentioned above.
